Worship and Music are at the core of our life as a community. South Church worships at 10:00 am every Sunday morning. With additional evening services on Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday and Maundy Thursday.

Special services during the year include our Candlelight Service of Scripture and Carols on Christmas Eve, Easter Sunrise Service, Festival Easter worship and Dixieland Jazz worship on the 3rd Sunday in July.

Our Worship style is traditional in nature incorporating Scripture, sermon, prayers and music from many traditions. Our Chancel Choir sings for all services September through June. Our two Handbell choirs each offer music in worship once a month. The Lord's Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and all are welcome.

Our congregation represents a broad spectrum of theological belief and background. Respect for each person's individual faith journey is central to our community.

Worship services at South Congregational Church are recorded for broadcast on Kingdom Access Television (cable channel 7) on Sunday afternoons at 4:30pm and Monday mornings at 9:00am. Each week's broadcast usually contains the previous week's worship service.
